We always have time, all the money (we can afford) and love for our fur babies. What if I told you, it was time to treat yo’self and it won’t break the bank?
Is your skin feeling tired, dehydrated, unloved and a little yuckie from all the horse chores? Well, I am here to help you out on that and share some of the products/regime I use. OK, I hear you are saying there are heaps of people out there on Insta, TikTok and all the modern apps, why would I get any benefit from reading this?
Some background on me… I am in my 40s, work for a global IT company (yep, I’m a nerd), have had my fair share of crappy skin conditions (and I’m still not perfect), spend lots of time with my horses (but I am no dressage diva)… what I am trying to tell you is I am no social influencer but a genuine, down-to-earth horsey gal who lives in the drier regions of Australia. And my skin cops a beating! I also realised that when you get to my age, you don’t care about promoting things to “make it big”. There is no ego, but a genuine care for sharing what I have found works. Now I know, no two people are the same, however, I would like to think I can help you find some TLC time for you with a budget in mind.
Here is the routine I use and the various products (with links). Now I know everyone may have different times for showering so have created a separate section for body TLC for when you shower. 😊

Weekly Care
If you feel like being a fancy pants, you can try what I try to do, every Friday night. I do this on a Friday as it helps my body and mind start the "weekend feels" and end the week by relaxing. Here's the additional TLC you can do for a FriYay TLC:
Complete usual PM routine, steps 1 to 4 only
Microneedle
Complete usual PM routine, steps 5 to 6
Red Light Therapy
Drink some water or a nice green tea
Saddle Ouchies Down There
Young, mid or older people riding horses can sometimes find it gets dry or uncomfortable "down there". I have stubmled across a little miracle in a bottle (well, tube) that has all but banished those issues for me. Give this a try:
TLC Feels
I hope this can help you save time and money for yourself and help show you that you can take care of your own skin and help with some self-love.
I'm keen to hear what other "remedies" or products you have found worked for you. Let me know in the comments. Or if you end up trying any of the products I mention above and how it went for you - please comment too! I know everyone has different skin/hormonal situations, and so it may take a bit of tweaking to get your natural glow and what works for you! Looking forward to hearing all about it.
