• $TBA various automatic payment plans available (either fortnightly or monthly)

• 60m x 30m outdoor fenced arena (jumps and obstacles are available)

• Allocated paddocks with solar engerised electric fencing with sight wire

• Daily checks on your horse (morning and evening)

• Auto water troughs to each paddock

• Regular scheduled weed spraying (completed during paddock rotations)

• Paddock resting/rotation

• Large day/overnight yards (if required inc. medical/rehabilitation)

• Regular scheduled manure collection from your allocated paddock

• Allocated feed & tack storage

• Wash bay

• On-site bathroom

• Float parking

• Kitchenette (tea, coffee & water)

• Use of speaker system (to play music over speakers during the hours of 9am to 7pm)

• Use of all equestrian facilities (outside of booked clinics/events)

• Security cameras on-site

• On-going facility improvements

• On-site equestrian coaching lessons

• Extra feeding (whether this is hay or hard feed... supplements and/or hay supplied by owner)

• Additional manure picking of your paddocks
