Service Description

Are you going away and need your bun bun(s) looked after (at your property)? The Lagoballo team can help care for your precious fur babies. The services on offer include: Level 1: • Single home visit per day • Water, hay and pellet refreshed daily (owner to supply hay/pellets) • Change toilet as required (owner to supply toilet pellets) • Daily check on bun bun(s) to make sure they are OK Level 2 • What's included in Level 1 • Daily supervised run arounds Level 3 • What's include up to Level 2 • Special needs services such as oral medications to be administered (this does not include intravenous injections as this needs to be completed by a qualified vet) The owner must supply all hay, pellets, toiletry pellets/shavings, and medications. Areas of Service include: • Southside >> Burra >> Googong >> Queanbeyan >> Royalla >> Williamsdale >> South side of Canberra (suburbs on the south side of Lake Burley Griffin) • Northside (and further abroad) >> Bungendore >> Bywong >> Carwoola >> Hall >> Murrumbateman >> Stromlo >> Sutton >> Wallaroo >> Wamboin >> North side of Canberra (suburbs on the north side of Lake Burley Griffin) 5% discount for every additional bun bun (e.g. if you have 4 buns, you would get 20% off the total price and travel) - this will be applied when your booking is accepted. Service must be paid in full (once the booking is accepted). Any changes/updates (i.e. additional days or services required) during the service will be sent in a separate invoice for payment. **** BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE READ: When you click "Request to Book", select the level of care, AND the service area, in the "add-ons" section, that your bun bun(s) lives in. You can check out! **** • Lagoballo will not be liable for any injury/veterinary costs associated during the service visits. • Lagoballo will engage your nominated vet (or if unavailable utilise other vets in the area) in emergency situations and the costs sent to the owner for payment.
