The Mindful Rider: Ann Montgomery 22/23 May

2-day "The Mindful Rider" intensive clinic with Ann Montgomery. (Maximum of 6 riders)

Each day consists of...

        • Times: Commencing at 8:00am and generally finishing at 5:00pm

        • Morning: A 45min private lesson (with key parts videoed by Ann)

        • Lunch time: An off-horse group workshop to review video feedback and related exercises

        • Afternoon: A 30min private lesson in the afternoon to review what you have learned (please ensure you are tacked up and practicing in the arena 15mins before you are due to start your session)
