It is the host organiser's (usually the person submitting this form) responsibility to fill the clinic, not that of Lagoballo.
Waiver generation is the responsibility of the host organiser.
Participant/spectator cancellations are non-refundable within 14 days of the clinic start date. After this point, it is the responsibility of the host organiser to find a replacement, as all funds will have been transferred to the host organiser by this date.
Lagoballo is not responsible for any information submitted as part of this form that is incorrect. The host organiser must check spelling, and details are correct/accurate prior to submitting.
Ticket Service fees (2.5%) are added to the cost of each ticket, which are passed on to the customer at the time of booking/check-out. (E.g. If the ticket was $100, the total payable by the customer is $102.50.)
Lagoballo is not responsible for activities and/or incidents occurring at the Event or outside of the Event.
