If you would like Lagoballo to look after the organisation and online event management of your event (i.e. a horse clinic hosted at another property) we can take care of that for you.
What is included (Basic):
- Event listed on the Lagoballo webiste (you can share to social media, in e-mails etc.)
- Ticket generation, payments & sales
- Schedule management (i.e. once riders book a position, we allocate them their riding space)
- Participants and Clinician coaches can then manage their schedules when they log in
- Spectator tickets, payments & sales
- A private group is created per event where you can communicate with everyone invovled
Additional administrative solutions we can provide, include (but not limited to):
- Digital forms (i.e. forms you need participants to fill in to get additional information, such as waivers)
- Participant e-mail reminders for bookings
- Anything else we might be able to assist with, please reach out to chat with us
Please note, we will need time to prepare your event for you. Therefore, a minimum of 30 days prior to your event is scheduled to start, is needed to ensure everything is set up to meet your needs and take bookings.
After you book this in, you will receive details on what is needed from you in order to successfully set up your event.
